Law Enforcement Refusal to Return Seized/Confiscated Firearms

In far too many instances law enforcement agencies refuse to return firearms seized when a criminal investigation has ended or when someone has had their guns taken away for mental health reasons, such as under the Florida Baker Act. The refusal to return your firearms may be a violation of your constitutional rights.
